Service information & terms
An overview of the working arrangements described in our service workflow.
Scope and agreement
Website information introduces our services. The final scope, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, tax treatment and payment schedule are set out in the written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.
Initial assessment and access
Before regular HR operations begin, we review the current HR and relevant government-platform setup. After the service agreement is signed, the client provides the required information and access. OTPs continue to be received by the client’s designated number or person.
Client representative and communication
The client nominates one authorized representative for HR instructions, approvals, payroll confirmation and final decisions. An additional person may be nominated solely for OTP verification. A dedicated WhatsApp group supports daily coordination after commencement.
Monthly payroll inputs
Attendance, overtime, absence and leave information is due by the 20th. Salary changes and employee transactions are finalized by the 25th. Payroll preparation and processing is scheduled for the 28th–30th based on approved information. Timely and accurate inputs and approvals are the client’s responsibility.
Project fees and payment
Salary grading and organization charts: SAR 8,500, with an estimated 30–45 days. HR and interdepartmental policies: SAR 55,000, with an estimated 45–60 days. Company and employee KPIs: SAR 50,000–500,000, with an estimated 6–18 months according to scope and complexity. A 50% advance payment applies to these projects.
Recruitment
Recruitment fees depend on the job profile, position level and salary package, with 50% advance payment. The estimated recruitment period is 60–90 days and may vary. Applicable overseas recruitment-office charges are separate from professional service fees and are payable in advance.
Additional visits and third-party charges
Standard services are primarily online. Transactions requiring government-office attendance, physical document submission or other special follow-up may incur additional charges. Visit fees and relevant government or third-party fees are communicated for approval before proceeding.
Website content
Project periods are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates. Government-platform names identify the services involved and do not imply official endorsement. Supporting website images are illustrative. For the current scope and commercial terms, request a written proposal.
