How does this work? Is this a regulated securities offering?+
No. This page collects expressions of interest only — it is not an offer of securities and not a public solicitation. After you submit interest, our team reviews, qualifies, and engages in private, documented conversations. Actual investments happen through appropriate legal structures (SPV, private placement, direct equity) with full documentation and counsel.
What's the minimum investment?+
Our angel tier starts at ₹5 lakh per project. Strategic and major investor tiers begin at ₹25 lakh and ₹1 crore respectively. We don't accept retail crowdfunding at this time.
Can I invest from outside India?+
Yes. We structure international investments through FDI-compliant routes. GCC, US, UK, and Singapore-based investors are welcome. Documentation and compliance handled case-by-case.
How are returns distributed?+
Depends on structure — equity stakes distribute on exit events, revenue-share deals distribute quarterly, SPV structures distribute per fund terms. Specific economics shared after qualification.
