Caddcare
Caddcare
A Dubai computer-hardware specialist selling to gamers and IT procurement teams in the same storefront. We rebuilt the experience for how UAE B2B actually buys — WhatsApp-first quotes, VAT-compliant invoice preview, bulk cart for 30+ seat offices. Mobile LCP 8.2s → 1.7s.

The Challenge
Caddcare sells PC components, workstations, and peripherals to two audiences that barely overlap — individual builders (gamers, creators) and B2B buyers (IT procurement at schools, clinics, creative studios). The old site treated them identically and served neither well. Bulk enquiries came in over WhatsApp, with someone manually calculating line items in a notes app. Slow and error-prone.
Page speed was the first complaint from every customer: the legacy site took roughly eight seconds to render on 4G in Dubai. Product filtering was limited to category — not CPU socket, RAM type, PSU wattage — so hardware buyers couldn't narrow a compatible build in under 20 clicks.
Regulatory pressure added cost: every B2B sale needs a VAT-compliant tax invoice with a valid TRN. The old flow generated these manually after purchase, which held up fulfilment by a day and sometimes caused buyers to dispute amounts they hadn't seen upfront.
Our Solution
Rebuilt on Next.js with aggressive static generation for the catalogue — pages now render under 1.8s on mobile. Filtering was redesigned around how hardware buyers actually search: CPU socket, RAM generation, PSU wattage, GPU length (for case compatibility), cooling type.
Built a 'bulk cart' mode: once a visitor adds three or more of the same SKU, a bulk-pricing band triggers automatically. B2B users can export the cart as a CSV quote, or click 'WhatsApp quote' to deep-link the sales team with the full line-item breakdown pre-filled — no manual typing.
Invoice preview and VAT-compliant generation is inline: the moment the buyer confirms their TRN, checkout shows the exact invoice the accounts team will receive, with UAE 5% VAT and the correct tax label. Zero billing surprises after the fact.
