The Challenge

Skycolor runs both OOH inventory — billboards, mall displays, mosque-adjacent panels — and delivers event campaigns for brands during Saudi National Day, Riyadh Season, and Ramadan promotions. The sales team was spending roughly half the week assembling bespoke pitch decks from scratch. Every deck repeated the same core slides (inventory, reach, pricing) with small customisations — crying out for templating.

Brands evaluating OOH buys in KSA want reach numbers, not atmosphere. The old site showed beautiful photos of panels but no audited impression counts, demographic overlays, or co-location data (which panels share the same foot traffic). Every call started with basics that should have been pre-read.

There was no post-campaign transparency either. Clients received a PDF report by email two weeks after a campaign closed. In a market moving toward programmatic expectations, that pace was starting to cost deals.

Our Solution

Built an interactive inventory viewer keyed to KSA geography — a Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam map where each panel exposes site photos, the agency's measured daily impression estimate, demographic skew, and availability for the next 6 months. Brands self-qualify before a sales call happens.

Case studies were restructured around outcomes, not aesthetics. Each past campaign shows the brief, the panel mix used, the creative, and the post-campaign uplift — impressions delivered vs. promised, social mentions triggered, and foot traffic change when it could be measured. Where results weren't measurable, the page says so in plain language.

Pitch-kit generator: sales picks up to 5 inventory items from the map, types the client name, and the tool emits a branded PDF with the chosen panels, a price quote, reach estimate, and a one-pager on delivery methodology. 30 seconds, not half a day.
